I have 12 mg ivermectin tablets, not horse paste, and I am having trouble figuring out if I should take 1 tab, half tab, how often, etc.

Keep it around for emergencies, and start the NIATONIN protocol.

I am a bit nervous about melatonin; my doc (naturopath) recommended regular use when I was diagnosed with cancer, I tried 3X and each time I felt as though on heavy some drug for 24 hours, even with a tiny dose. Dizzy, hard to walk even, totally drugged out. I get very weird reactions to all kinds of things. I tried 3 times, thinking maybe something else. Nope, just the melatonin did it.

I did take some things last night (quecetin, zince, two herb formulas) and felt much better today.
