Our Congress critter has an area on his web page to purchase flags, different sizes and different materials.
Our insurance agency takes old, worn out flags and stores them. Then, once a year, they give them to the American Legion which works with the Boy Scouts to properly dispose of them. The insurance agency even gives you a new replacement flag for free! They are really good people.
