Maybe the leopard got spooked by all the face metal.

Maybe the leopard wasn’t going to get his cut for the photoshoot.

yeah me too. If she ever has a kid, breast feeding time would be an amazing thing to witness.

I worked in Germany in the mid-90s and this model was on magazine covers back then. I don’t remember which magazines but I saw them mainly in the gas stations. She must’ve been very young because it was 25 years ago. I’m sorry to hear about her being attacked like that. Get well soon.

The leopard heard about a certain chimpanzee in Belgium and thought this was his moment to ride his spots off.

These are wild animals kept in cages for a reason. And 16 years old maybe old for a large cat. Probly old and pissed.

For the life of me I can’t understand why anyone would consider face metal attractive.

What if you’re a female trying to beguile a scrap metal yard owner as your future husband? :)
Hell…she had already mauled herself…insanity…

Being a model does not mean what it used to.

Well,there goes her modeling career.
To: BiglyCommentary
Looks like they used pop rivets to repair the damage to her face.

Having traveled in Africa I've seen a number of lions...up close and personal. If you stay in the Land Rover you can get very close to them without them bothering you.But when you were close to them you *knew* that they were sizing you up!
Given that lions and leopards are pretty equal...dangerousness-wise...I sincerely doubt that a billion dollars would have motivated me to do what this woman did.
