***Consider the level of a mind entertained by Spider-man movies.***

I remember visiting some friends same age as me at that time(45-54)in California twenty years ago. He came up with a pirated DVD copy of the new Spiderman movie and we all watched it.
To me it was ho-hum. I would not spend money to see it at a theater or buy a DVD of it. I would not even buy superhero comics in my youth. I preferred Classics Illustrated.

To them it was great.

Classics Illustrated were great! HG Wells, Melville, and Twain really opened up my imagination and made me want to seek out the full books later on.
