What bugged me as a former LEO was his lack of regret. I am oh so thankful to the Lord, that I never had to kill another human being. If I had to kill someone, I know that it would seriously cause conflict with my morals and ethics, EVEN IF I WAS RIGHT! This guy does not display any regret or doubt.
There was the camera zoom to show the tear in his right eye. I suppose his attorney admonished him not to show regret for his actions. But it was creepy that he didn’t offer any compassion for Babbitt’s family.
What bugged me was that he thought he had courage.
I guess it takes a real man to shoot an unarmed woman.
That, with his lack of regret, means this POS does not pack the psychological gear be entrusted with the power of a sidearm and a badge.
