Lt. Michael Byrd should be in prison. He murdered an UNARMED individual and gave NO orders or warnings prior to pulling the trigger. I believe the latter ALONE is a criminal offense.
Warnings are not legally required prior to using deadly force. Shooting an unarmed citizen who poses no threat to you, however, is a criminal offense, but this guy was given a pass.
