Chemically, yes, legally, no. The difference being that if you are one of the unfortunate ones who react adversely to the experimental drug, you have no legal recourse if you get the one that is still operating under the EUA.
And that is the only one available here in the US.

That is incorrect. The Pfizer vaccine is fully approved for the majority of the population, ie people sixteen and older. The EUA remains in effect for other limited groups, ie, those 12-15.
