I got my religious exemption without any fuss. And my employer is in the forefront of pushing these mandates.
I saw your post after I made mine. Good for you, and hence my "mostly" as far as allowance for conscience.
Your employer is not in the business of litigating, and is choosing to lay low. Fine and dandy. But if push came to shove and your employer did not want to risk having an unvaxxed employee, the law would come inno play.
At that point, the religious exemption truly is mostly illusory.
Much of legal principle is illusion. Law is about who controls the rule of law ... and the controller of that rule is the government. The government owns ALL the players.
