That seems to be the big difference.
Article also says FDA has no data proving ivermectin’s use as as covid treatment. But I would guess that concentration is the problem.

Yes, one needs to understand proper dosing.
I won’t take that either, as I am concentrating on prevention.
I eat healthy, exercise regularly, get plenty of sleep, and meditate daily.
I take vitamin C, D3, Quercetin, and Zinc.
In the mornings I have a pre/probiotic drink with fish oil.
I typically go for a 3 mile walk daily. (Sun & relaxation)
