Not even a chance. She was climbing through the window, and if I’m not mistaken fell back into the hallway. She was unarmed and the video shows she wasn’t close to him nor charging him with any kind of weapon.

Guess the 21’ Rule doesn’t not apply.

Amazing what you can get away with when you don’t have to defend yourself in court.
