I remember people having polling places set up in their garage; there’s ways around that fed building rule.

Also

SB968 in Texas, per Rep. Steve Toth, HD15:

” How will your Texas government respond to all of this? For one thing, Texas won’t be requiring you to show a vaccine passport to go out. I supported SB 968 to protect customers from being required to show proof of vaccination to shop and conduct business. This bill passed and went into effect immediately.”

Other states have similar laws.

And there’s the Voting Rights Act.
