so what does that mean....no fuel or expensive fuel.?

90 percent of all deep water oil production is staged and serviced out of Port Fourchon

It sits about 5-10 feet above sea level, less than 500 yards from the ocean. A significant storm scoring a direct hit will knock that port out for months, possibility years, with no other suitable ports available.

He recommends storing up what fuel you can just in case.

It could be that there will be shortages or just high prices if the worst happens.
