I've been planting red-pill seeds in non-Q threads over the last couple of months with good success.
Until Thursday, when talking about White hat FF's in Kabul and Afghanistan in general.
People are still totally trusting of what the regular news spews, and NOTHING now out of Kabul is real. It is to wake the Sleepies, and IMHO, the remaining Sleepies are so asleep, even gradual increases in news ridiculousness won't do, no matter how ridiculous it gets. These folks need the proverbial splash of ice water in the face to wake up.
