That’s pretty close as far as I can tell. However, there is a series on Amazon that is closer to the truth. It’s called Utopia. They have a PLANdemic that’s intentionally started that kills kids (spoiler: they pass the virus to kids in petting zoos through rabbits). They have a fake super recovery from a quickly devised vax. Then the public begs the government for the vax. The vax then generationally sterilizes people.
