Companies mandating the shots are also creating a hostile work environment for the workers that haven’t yet gotten the shots.
IIRC, hostile work environment was one of the grounds for lawsuits.
As an aside to the whole jab discussion, why would businesses that are already short staffed and having trouble finding people who want to work risk losing experienced employees that would rather get fired than get the jab?
