What part of the employer putting the employee in harms way are you not getting? Most folks never thought an employer would put them in harms way. Would it be ok for an employer to fire someone for not drinking bleach if said employer required it, or do you think they should be locked up?

They aren't putting anyone 'in harm's way'. They are saying take the shot to keep your job. You make the decision.

I'd love to take the second case to a lawyer. Perhaps people should take the first one there. Not gov't's call, it is a private business. Their would be few to no non-smoking bars except for gov't mandate. There will be no money in a business forcing its employees to choose, jab or work. What part of almighty gov't are you missing? Today good call, tomorrow, to hell with it, we can tell business to do anything. How we got in this mess in the first place and some want to double down.
