1) That question will be thrown into the Black Hole (aka Justice Department) for clarification.

2) Anything that can even be dimly imagined as unfavorable to Trump (or The Rule of Law/Constitution) will be leaked the following morning.

3) Everything else (especially anything that reflects unfavorably on DS/DNC/MSM/their accomplices and friends will be released to the public shortly after Heck freezes plumb solid.

Interesting point - there are also executive orders that declare a “State of Emergency” in the United States. There may be another Avenue used to declare a state of Emergency as well.

In any case, I’m pretty sure the USA has been in a continuous state of Emergency since 1934.

I did not follow what Trump did in this regard, but I bet he continued them.
