Now that the Biden regime has defined thought crimes, doesn't it seem like entrapment to ask someone why they are not vaccinated?

The person asking bears no legal threat - they are just framed as trying to protect against terrorism.

But the person asked why they are not vaccinated likely needs an attorney to avoid entrapment. What sort of answer can be used against them (fire them) if it's arbitrarily deemed a terror threat by those who disagree?

 

The 'belief Trump can be reinstated', which is a Constitutional Law argument with law professors on both sides of this issue making their cases, is now entrapment territory, because Biden's regime now rules as king and decides among all which citizen has based their legal opinions on the correct 'party approved' thoughts and/or legal precedent that a citizen 'should have' as of January 20, 2021.
