It amazes me so.many so-called conservatives get all bent out of shape when private property be it physical or in this case intellectual property rights doesn’t fit their narrow political views. This doctor is a private doctor he has the sovereign right to refuse service to ANYONE for any reason he chooses as long as it don’t violate the blatantly unconstitutional title IV act butbl that’s another argument entirely. For now this private citizen has the right to pick and choose who he renders his intellectual property too. Seems so called conservatives get all big govt fascists when they don’t get their way. The market will decide if he chooses poorly to alienate 40% of his potential monetary stream.
