WADSWORTH, Ohio — For years, an Ohio woman has wondered about the son she gave up for adoption more than three decades ago. What does he look like? What does he do for a living? Was he happy?
Well, thanks to the popular DNA genetic testing service 23andMe, she now has those answers and more.

I posted this because one issue is missing regarding abortion. A woman who has aborted a child can 'reflect' on it at her 'convenience'. Women are emotional creatures and have this need to express feelings if only to themselves.
On the other hand a woman who has given up a child for adoption will think about it EVERY day of her life-what could have been. As her life circumstances change there will be more second guessing. Does she know that giving life is the right thing? It's what women do. Me, I'm an unpopular neanderthal that women hate.
If you notice my comment is about HER. Every child has a father and there isn't enough responsible ones out there. Father's should be identified at birth and responsibility applied.
Example: The successful NY Giants football coach-Fassel. A feel-good story about the ‘other’ son(1st born) given up for adoption. 4 brothers and sisters grew up without him. It wasn’t feel-good to me. It was a tragedy. The first born was in the way of their careers. Would this coach have had to give up his higher aspirations and coach high school?
The family ‘reunion’ was held in May, far removed from the NFL ‘schedule’. The first born was not on it.
Don’t you just live happy endings it in this case happy beginnings.
My aunt found out by dna that her biological father was a rando traveling salesman. 75 years of history undermined and suddenly her life seemed like a lie. DNA tests can do good and they can do harm - how many people think in advance that they are paying to possibly have their world crumble?
“My aunt found out by dna that her biological father was a rando traveling salesman”
Lot of people are having a hard discussion due to 23andme
Once you’re 18 all bets are off. As good conservatives we all have it in us to recover. Children are more resilient than we give them credit for.
Then there are the Colin Kapernick’s out there. He’s better off alive I would think.
The truth hurts-heard it somewhere.
The truth will set you free. Heard that too.

Did you hear: “Arbeit macht frei”?
I disagree with you and I too am a woman. Women who abort think every single day, “Did I KILL my child?” “Who am I?” “Would my child have done something spectacular?”
Women who give their child up for adoption believe they have given their child an opportunity in/for life.
Luckily for me, I strongly resemble my father and many in his family.

You’re right. Problem is women don’t know what they want even in the 9th month of pregnancy. For young women it’s worse.
