The detail on that man’s face is incredible; of course the rest of his body didn’t fare so well :O but I just can’t get over the face. Somebody else mentioned how ‘clean’ shaven he appears, which does make me wonder about shaving in that culture or, like the Indians, maybe he didn’t have facial hair.
Getting him all clean-shaven and prettied up may have been part of the process.
