I have family that crew the military choppers that do rescues and combat
these fires.
They are pretty happy when one of these enemy combatants gets caught.
Unfortunately, it’s war, and these sub-humans have many co-conspirators.
Just here in Reno, we’ve been weeks now with unhealthy to hazardous
air from these strategically set fires.
It’s actually quite an effective tool in [their] kit for speeding up general
loss of life.
I saw it coming, and one of the best moves I’ve made, especially for my
mildly asthmatic Dad, was the early purchase of quality high capacity
HEPA 13 and MERV 16 air filtration that we use in the house and the car.
And when we are forced to wear masks or when we actually WANT to
wear masks outside, because of smoke so thick you can’t see the end
of the street, we have powered rechargeable HEPA 13 face masks as well.
I’ve spent lots of money on lots of other “Preps” that I hope never to need,
but it turns out that just making clean air has so far been my biggest “Win”.
(The clean water provisions have been nice too…)
~Easy.
Powered rechargeable hepa 13 masks? Where you get those?
Ok, a little computer slide here.
In order to help a friend who is being seriously slandered, I wanted to copy a couple of podcasts that the slanderer has made that depict her as something other than what she really is - basically calling her a thief and a manipulative, evil wench. Long story short, she has some mental issues, but is smart as a whip. She’s bipolar.
I won’t say any more about it. But, I want to download these podcasts but my app/software won’t allow it. They’re not on YouTube or bit chute or any other normal venue, and apparently they’re set up as private. I can watch them but I can’t save them to disk.
Anybody have any ideas here? Oh, they’re basically sound interviews, no video to see really. Worst case scenario, I can somehow record the sound with one computer while I play it on the other. But I’d rather do it electronically, saving the original or as close as possible.
Oh, I’ve tried Keepvid and 4KDownloader - neither would work on that venue.
