Your idea is an interesting one. I think the No-Agency referred to in drop 1892 was the NSA though because the link is to a 2014 story about Brennan spying on members of Congress. There was no Space Agency back then, so when Q asks “What No-Agency leaked the data [about Congress being spied on by CIA]”, he must have been referring to the NSA.
You could be right but Air Force Space Command has been around since 1982. Then in 2019 Trump made it separate. And in 2021, 2 days after The Jan 6th incident, it became the 18th US Intelligence Agency by its own right. They were doing recon during the Gulf War (2001)
