You’ve brought up some great points. While “ordinary” logic would indicate that McAfee is indeed dead, I still can’t forget what I read some time back about his wife saying she was allowed to look at the body through a window in an operating room-type observation area, but NOT to be in the actual morgue room with it. That’s not normal. Why did they not want this lady — who knew McAfee better than anyone else on Earth — to get a close-up look at “him”, much less touch the body, which was covered up to the chin?
On your other point about Gen. Flynn, I do think the quoted comment, which comes across as dismissive, is disinfo. Flynn doesn’t strike me as the fickle, fair-weather-friend type who would push one idea for months and months, then suddenly change his tune completely.
