I wonder if Pelosi is signaling this with her intentions to resign. Pelosi may believe she can declare Kamala ineligibel, and claim the presidency for herself.

The Jamaican law at the time of Camela’s birth, and still is, that any child born to one Jamaican parent, anywhere in the world, is a Jamaican citizen.
So she’s either straight Jamaican or a dual Jamaican/US citizen.
