I know, I’m absolutely appalled that he was not run out of dc on a rail for that one and when Sessions slapped his hand away. Everyone in dc KNEW that old geezer was doing it.

I’ve seen others too, like the very commonly quoted one of him sniffing a woman’s hair. She was visibly uncomfortable. Nobody ever lifted a finger or said a word.
