You are claiming that Lindell had no intention of paying the $5 million, as he knew IN ADVANCE that the packet captures were not available or were so limited in quantity that a judgement could not be rendered by cyber experts who attended the Symposium.

More to the point, Lindell already consulted with 12 cyber security experts, and apparently paid them for their services. They confirmed that the P-caps came from the 2020 election. He really wasn't interested in getting additional opinions. He didn't ask for that. What he offered was a reward to anyone who could prove the data to have been faked. No one their presented any such evidence. If people attending wanted guaranteed access to all of the data, they should have gotten that in writing before attending.

Mike Lindell will have a chance to make his case at upcoming civil litigation if it gets to that point.
