That’s the key to the benefit program.

Well, the safety argument is hard to make without actually having completed safety trials to look at. We can look at reports of adverse effects but that’s not controlled data of the kind that we can point to and say “hey this is worse than XXX vaccine was”.
However, the efficacy argument is indisputable now. Even the most pro-vaccine governments have reluctantly admitted the vaccines are not effective because they just can’t hide the fact that the vaxxed are still getting infected and spreading the disease, as much as, if not more than, the unvaxxed. If they are not effective, and we know they can’t be 100% safe, then the argument is over.
But what about the MILITARY who have no rights?
Around 3 - 4 million Americans each week are getting vaccinated. Claims made here are clearly overblown. Numbers will climb faster as people watch their neighbors and family members get sick, and again as FDA approvals for Pfizer and Moderna materialize.
I work for a fortune 500 telecom company. They aren’t mandating vaccines to return to work...
They are however making our lives hell if we choose to not get it. ie, masking, daily health assessments, threat of termination if we don’t complete said assessment or lie about vaccination. Throughout working from home, we were allowed to expense our internet and mobile phone. Now if you opt to work from home, you can longer expense either, must have a certain caliber of internet connection, must have all dependents cared for by someone other than us, stripped away a week of our paid time off, mandating online working hours...
Essentially we are being punished to the fullest legal extent, I’m sure in hopes we just cave and get the shot.
Next step will be door to door with armed jabbers.
