This Malone guy is stupid for the following reason - he says “the more people you vaccinate, the greater the number of vaccine-resistant mutations you are likely to get”.
If there is no vaccine, there is no such thing as a “vaccine resistant mutation”. So his statement is like saying without cheese there is no Swiss cheese. Also, if there are fewer infections (obviously with a vaccinated population there are fewer infections) there are fewer copies of the virus replicating themselves inside infected people, so there is a reduced chance of mutations. Whether he was a great biologist I don’t know, but what he is saying now is nonsense.
And the same argument can be made about antibiotics. If there were no antibiotics, there would be no antibiotic-resistant bacteria. So should we get rid of antibiotics?
