Maybe Mike L is pulling a Q strategy - seeming to announce something but using it to stress the enemy and making them expend ammunition. Maybe even Have the enemy try to pull something and get exposed.

now I am thinking that Mike L forced the cabal into a fatal move....he made them think he had the BIGGEST of news to destroy them....the SOS acted on that threat....she raided her own subordinate and held a press conference...must have been really really worried....

it was a sting...straight out of Mission Impossible the tv show....

that's what I'm thinking anyway....
