Good that it was explained why the CPACS were not presented but why didn't it get explained before the conclusion of the symposium?

That video with D Clements explaining to Bannon the omission of CPACS was on War Room and not part of the symposium, happened after Clements closing sumation.

Well, given that much of what was going on during the whole event
behind the scenes consisted of “Honey Trap” activities, they may have
been a bit occupied with nabbing Derp Perps, and keeping their cases
against them intact.

(and then checking with the lawyers about what could be said…)
