Excellent pick up! The 'pubbies are all in on the 'infrastructure' bill so that the Senate Dems do not have to use reconciliation to pass their $5+ trillion boondoggle to follow - reconciliation can only be used once a year and only for budget bills... NEITHER bill is a budget bill but who is going to stop the D.C. oligarchs?
