That is false. Pfizer Phase 1 tests were conducted using 10 μg, 20 μg, and 30 μg doses. It never had a dosage of 100 μg, and the drug went into production at 30 μg as a result of the tests. It is the Moderna vaccine that has a dosage of 100 μg, but it is not comparable since they are different vaccines.
