I just looked at the CDC document this morning. It is still on their website.
They are telling us in plain language what they intend to do to us. They are not even trying to hide it.
"Shielding" = Involuntary confinement of persons judge to be "at risk".
"Green Zones" = house arrest or concentration camps.
The only part I missed was the inspirational announcement: "Arbeit Macht Frei".
Plan accordingly.

Like you posted. "Shielding" and "Green Zones" plus their definitions are pretty plain language.
My favorite euphemism in the document is "high risk individuals".
My first thought is that the term will be used for the un-vaxxed. However, it could be applied to anyone they wanted to isolate.
