Given the current political/social/medical climate we are living in, likely there is no doctor willing to risk it all by being the one to pull that trigger.

So there's not one honest doctor in rural Alabama or Cowen, WV or Carthage, TX with the courage to say what they truly believe killed their patient?

I have more faith in Americans than that.

You seem unable to do this and are waiting for the “professionals” to give you a concrete road map...

I recognize we don't know everything and the map will keep changing as we learn more.

I also think Western civilization has done pretty well leveraging the knowledge of experts.
