And why would the NSA cooperate with Trump? They are Deep State through and through, they would never do anything to help Trump. If they gave him anything it's all false data and could easily proven as such to discredit Trump's claims. NEVER trust the government (especially this one).

Trump as POTUS had much more control over the military personal trusted with certain duties, i.e., military personnel assigned to work on NSA projects, Space Force, etc. While much of the top military brass was disloyal to Trump, it's not the generals who were monitoring the election for hacking. Those people were dutiful and know they saw a hacked election. They preserved the data, and Trump released it to Lindell. No generals were needed. It's about the people on the job, and they did that job because they took an oath to do that job, and they care.
