It sounds like a Lindell is claiming he has data extracted from Internet Exchange Points.
I’m skeptical that as some have claimed, Lindell has white hats that have been possibly able to decrypt encrypted traffic. That’s a tall order. If they have, they will need to explain how they did so.
Lindell has to make a compelling case. He (or anyone else) should not be given the benefit if the doubt. The data will need to be *publicly* released (all of it) so it can be analyzed and tested. Anything less should garner immediate suspicion.
That all depends on what his goal is.
Lindell already released two videos neither of which included any evidence at all. Lindell is either liar or too stupid to know the difference. I expect more of the same in this presentation.
