I took the flu shot once about 20 years ago and became sicker than a dog about a week later. It’s the one and only time I got the flu in the past 30 years.
NEVER got a flu shot, NEVER WILL!
Ditto for me. Way back in university in ‘70’s. Never touched it since.
Add to that that the overall effectiveness is 10-40%, not worth the risk or the cost/time.
