Sugar, high fructose corn syrup, seed oils. Three deadly substances pushed on the American people and later the rest of the world, resulting in the epidemic of metabolic related diseases.

I’m sure she was advised to go on a “low fat” diet and exercise more. But many low fat foods substitute sugar and carbs to decrease the calories from fat. As a result satiation is not achieved and that just leaves the dieter hungrier. No diet is going to be successful in the long term without controlling satiation.

One thing that I read a while back is that when your body is loaded with the proper nutrients that will bring you to feeling satiated. So you can take someone like our friend from the 600 pound life and fed her like 20 Big Macs and about two hours later she would fin herself reaching for more food. Prior to reading that I never looked at eating in that light but I have found it to be true.

those are the worst three, but i’d include almost all seed grains (especially refined ones)as well (would exempt oats, though) ...
