Neither. The vaccine is an individual decision. I am against vaccinating those under 18 for now. If kids start to get really ill from this I would relook at it but right. is there is no reason to. Men 18 to 30 need to carefully weigh their risks and benefits with the small but real incidence of myocarditis. Everyone else needs to also look at their risk/benefit but the older you are with additional risk factors the more the vaccine makes sense.

I am for early treatment with monoclonal antibody therapy for those at risk. It can now be used prophylactically in some situations; the earlier the better. Steroids (decadron) should also be started early. Hospitalization
and ICU care for those that need it with escalating treaments including remdesivir and tociluzimab. More treatments are being
developed so more to come.

HCQ andivermectin? I don’t recommend them as no clear evidence they help. They don’t hurt either unless taking them causes someone to delay care, which could be a problem. Could they offer some benefit? - I think that will be teased out over time with large scale studies but they are not a magic bullet or a cure.

Neither.

Fair enough, sounds like a well balanced response. Now I am talking from strictly a treatment side, that's something that people don't hear about enough. They were told the Poke was the cure all needed to "get life back to normal". Nothing else works to the point that any talk of anything else is literally censored. Then there are the nonsensical PPE protocols the "experts" insist everyone follow. In my opinion, they are going to get people killed when, not if, something truly deadly rolls around. This is followed by story after story of people needlessly being put on ventilators when other breathing treaments are available. I'm not talking about anecdotal FR posts. I'm talking about reports from people I know personally and trust as professionals saying they have seen it first hand. I'm sorry, ventilators kill and are a last, last resort type of thing to me. That's something I've believed since long before this whole thing. All the COOF response did was fortify my belief. Now, people have been told that the un-Poked are the reason for mutations by the "experts". Not saying mutations won't happen in an vaccinated population. I'm saying that this narrative is misleading and meant to vilify the un-Poked and coerce them in to going against their morals.

From the beginning little about this has been about public safety. It's been about politics and control. If you are as credentialed as you say (I am taking you at your word), then I applaud you for trying to educate people on a something that is complex and cryptic to most, even in the best of times. I have to add, though, as a layman with quite a bit more exposure to the practicing side of medicine than most, the way you and others that say they are credentialed go about it, it comes off as a defense of the party line; whether it is meant to be or not.

Take that for what it's worth. If you, and others could address the politics masquerading as medicine, as well as the actual medicine side of things, I think your messaging would be much more well received.

Have a great weekend.
