Yes, more breakthrough cases are occurring, but they rarely lead to death. If vaccinated deaths increase like you suggest, a simple booster will be made available. Or you can go unvaxxed and see how brave, physically fit, and lucky you are. One thing you can’t do is avoid exposure.
