He was the best pitcher in baseball when he had a stroke in 1980. No telling what he could have done if that had not happened.

Right, he started in the ASG that year too. He had an ERA under 2.00. Such a shame. Astros probably would have wiped the Phillies out that year with a healthy Richard.
