Just look up your local bee club for your county.
Most have members who will gladly come and get your bees. They also pick up swarms on fences, trees, etc.
When swarming European Honey Bees are relatively docile. They have no brood to protect, and the queen once pick up and put in a box, will draw the rest of the swarm to her.
Here locally in North Florida there is a group called SOB, or Save Our Bees.
