Joe's CDC violated the Constitution by creating penalties regarding evictions. (I'm all for eviction/rent relief during the pandemic- and there are legal ways to help people.) Landlords still need to pay taxes, utilities, etc., and maintain rental properties -- and now they are told they cannot make a living AND they get no government relief.

The Supreme Court told the Biden Regime to knock it off. Joe spits in the eyes of the Supreme Court Justices and will help the CDC, somehow, to impose penalties on landlords if they even consider eviction.

Timid Republicans (the whole caucus) in the House need to step up and get the ball rolling on impeaching Joe for violating the Constitution and violating a court order from SCOTUS.

I assume a lot of people in the country don't realize that most owners of rental properties are regular middle class folks, not wealthy.

Finally, there was a story on my local news about the plight of landlords. A rental property, owned by a retired couple, is trashed. The owners are looking at a minimum of 50k to bring it up to a rental or salable state. The renters through this entire "pandemic" were using drugs, with children in the home, and the cops did nothing. In trying to evict the renters the judge said his hands were tied. The renters are now out of the house because they are in jail (drugs) and the children are in state care.

The house has broken windows, destroyed floors and appliances, large holes in the sheet-rock walls, and a back yard filled to the brim with garbage.
