Here's the rotten truth about the 'infrastructure bill' and the follow-up $5 trillion boondoggle. 15 RINOs have supported the infrastructure bill; this allows the $1.2 trillion package to sail through the Senate - to rescue the nation's infrastructure.
Since the 'Reconciliation' rule - allowing a Senate bill to pass through to a floor vote by a simple majority vote (no fillibuster) - can only be used once in a year, this expedited infrastructure bill then allows the follow-up boondoggle to pass with no Republican votes! This allows the 'pubbies to claim that they voted against the $5 trillion boondoggle.
