Thank you, numberonepal. That makes sense. Filling it the same day I take it is not an inconvenience and this tube comes to a point, so I just have to use the plunger to gently push it into the capsule. No scooping with a flat toothpick required.
I just squirted the dose into some applesauce, stirred it up, and ate it. Couldn’t even tell it was in there. Plus, the applesauce is good for you.
