There are cameras EVERYWHERE at Walmart. If it happened, it’s on video.
I am pretty sure they are using the self-checkout lane cameras to log what you are purchasing for the FBI so they can target the preppers when TSHTF.

I guarantee she will claim that the customer called her a racial slur. It is part of the playbook. Depending on the DA, they will get her into a diversion program and she will walk away without a criminal record.

Oh yes, Let’s promote that concept so that folks who live rural and only go once every three weeks have to do self check out with three weeks worth of sustenance, two carts full.

It promotes “minimal purchase”, when a store is absolutely stupid to not have every customer come and fill a cart full. Self check out promotes a 2 item dash and run.
Absolutely counterproductive for the store, and super inconvenient for the customers. Where did “customer service and respect” go???

One guy in line to check out the regular way told me that in
one WalMart they left their carts when they found out they had
to self-check.

I self-check out if I have just a few items, etc. But if I
have a lot I’ll go thru the cashier line. At least the ‘Mart
were we live has that option so far. Lots of people doing
a call in order and lets the store get it all together.
One guy in line to check out the regular way told me that in
one WalMart they left their carts when they found out they had
to self-check.
