So Joe killed a bunch of civilians to make himself look like a tough guy?

That's certainly the way it's looking now.

Problem I see is (and I'm scared ****less that I'm right) that the WH and media could spin this around to point fingers at the people controlling the drone that did the strike instead of the ones gave the orders.

Just blame a few junior officers, launch a big media scandal and tar the reputation of the military to cover the WH.
