Good morning everyone.
Took Cooper for a little walk in the woods. Watered the tomatoes and peppers and pumpkin. After that I was hot and sweaty so it was time to come in. I wonder where fall is?
Our house is in upheaval. Furniture all broken apart and put in various spots. We are sleeping on the floor. $16,000 worth of wood stacked in the corner. And the floor guy came by Monday and said he couldn’t do it, the difference in moisture content between the subfloor and the hardwood is too high. I think he just didn’t want to do the big job. Hubby has a moisture meter from his home inspection days. Within 3 in of each other he could find a high reading and a low reading. So this guy can manipulate the numbers depending on if he wants to work or not. Apparently he doesn’t. In the meantime everything is in chaos in the house.

Did he say when he would be back to check again or is he not even coming back?
We are having warms days too, high 80’s here.
Fall can’t come too soon!
