CDC just extended the eviction moratoria, something the White House initially said it legally didn’t have the power to do.
Was it lying? Incorrect? Unwilling? All questions that should be asked during Wednesday’s press briefing as it impacts 25 million people across the country.
They figure they 3 or 4 months before it gets to court.
